Exam Voucher Policy
1) The Exam Voucher included in the Premium Package or purchased separately is valid for two (2) attempts. If you are unable to pass the exam within these two attempts, you can purchase a new voucher code, which will grant you an additional two attempts.
2) Non ISO exam's can be taken anytime, anywhere via AI-Proctored Mode. The Exams are listed in the "My Exam(s)" in your profile once you purchase an exam voucher code or a Premium Package
3) To take your exam, log in to your profile, go to the "My Exam(s)" tab, select the exam you wish to take from the list, and enter the voucher code available under the "My Vouchers" tab.
4) ISO exams must be scheduled through ProctorU for remote proctoring.
5) To redeem a voucher as payment when scheduling a test, simply indicate Voucher as the payment method and provide the voucher number.
6) The Exam Voucher is not valid after the expiration date, may not be redeemed for cash, credit or refund, and may not be used for any other exam.
Note: IAPC recommends Premium Pack for participants who are seeking certification from IAPC, the premium pack comprises of an E-Learning package and an Exam Voucher valid for two attempts.

Reasons why a voucher may not be accepted:
- The voucher number is being entered incorrectly
- The incorrect exam code is being used
- The voucher is expired or has already been used
- All vouchers are pre-paid. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- The test date chosen is beyond the voucher expiration date (exams must be taken prior to the expiry date)
